Which product should we start with?
Choose one Hide Pod for the simplest introduction. Pick the set of three when your dog already enjoys finding scattered food. The Starter Bundle gives you the most variety from day one.
Can I use my dog's normal food?
Yes. Dry pieces of your dog's usual food can turn part of a normal meal into an enrichment activity. Choose pieces that move through the product openings easily.
Are these chew toys?
No. Every product is for supervised enrichment or training only. Remove it when the activity is finished and stop use if you notice damage.
How do I clean and inspect my product?
Clean it before and after use, allow it to dry completely, and check all surfaces and joins before every session. A full safety and care guide is included with your order.
How do pickup, shipping and payment work?
Send your order request from the cart. We'll confirm product availability, Campbelltown pickup or shipping, the final total and payment details before you pay.
